Free Delivery
Shipping is completely free when your order is successfully received.
If a confirmed order is refused or not received upon delivery, a shipping fee of EGP 100 will apply.
Inspect Your Order
You can open, inspect and review your order while the delivery representative is present.
Please make sure that you have received the correct watch and that everything is in good condition before the representative leaves.
Returns & Exchanges
Once the order has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, returns or exchanges are not available.
An exchange is only available if the watch has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If you experience an issue, contact our customer service team. We will send a specialist representative to inspect the watch.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the watch will be replaced.
