Two-Year Warranty
Your EL NEMER watch is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience an issue, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
We will send a specialist representative to inspect the watch. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the watch will be replaced.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, scratches, normal wear and tear, or water damage.
